3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in full before the start of any campaign.

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a campaign has begun.

  • If a campaign cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a credit toward future services.

4. Influencer & Advertising Campaigns

  • We connect brands with influencers for promotional campaigns.

  • All influencer results will be posted within 7 days, with an email confirmation sent upon completion.

  • Viral Pulse Agency is not responsible for engagement outcomes, as results may vary based on audience interaction and platform algorithms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, graphics, and marketing materials provided by Viral Pulse Agency remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Clients retain rights to their own brand assets, but grant Viral Pulse Agency a non-exclusive license to use them for promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Viral Pulse Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee specific performance results from campaigns, including social media growth, engagement, or sales conversions.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Services

  • We work with third-party platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and influencers. We are not responsible for changes to their policies, outages, or actions taken against your content.

  • Clients must comply with all third-party platform terms of service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
